Week One July 4-10 Individual/Team Camp
For all levels, ages 13 and over. Instruction includes biomechanics, nutrition, goal setting and individualized training procedures. Small group discussions will cover goal setting, training and racing techniques, motivational techniques and supplemental training.

Camp Facilities

All campers will stay in college dorms (no air-conditioning). Meals are all-you-can-eat and served Cafeteria style in the college dining hall.
Other camp facilities: 2 gyms, climbing wall, auditorium, weight room, classrooms, and track.

When & Where to Report
Registration is on Sunday of the week that you are attending from 11am to 3pm in Bosheimer Gymnasium on the Brevard College Campus. The afternoon run on Sunday begins at 2:30pm at the gym. You may not arrive before July 4 or stay after July 24.
If you must arrive a day early or stay a day late between sessions, there will be a $50 charge per extra night. You must notify us by fax (828.862.8728) or
EMAIL if you will arive prior to the Sunday your week of camp starts or if you will stay over until Sunday after your week ends. SEE ABOVE: You may NOT arrive prior to July 4 or stay after July 24.
CHECK OUT: Saturday by 10:00 AM of the week you are attending.
Campers must be picked up by 10:00 AM
Key Deposit: A $25.00 key deposit is charged to each camper and coach at registration and will be returned at check-out only. We will not return deposits by mail.

To receive team discount, regardless of which week you are attending, teams must bring 7 or more runners from the same school, a coach, AND TRANSPORTATION: One coach comes free per 7 runners (and is assigned duties), two coaches with 14 runners, etc. Coaches must be over the age of 21.

*There will be an additional $25.00 automatically charged to each camper and COACH for a key deposit. The deposit will be returned at the end of camp if the key is returned.
** Parents, siblings and guests of campers are not allowed to stay on campus or eat in the dining hall.
*** The $100 deposit to reserve your space is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. Substitutes are allowed. If you pay in full and cannot attend camp for medical reasons, you are entitled to a refund minus the deposit. Refund checks will only be written after August 1.
A camp t-shirt, lanyard and water bottle are provided for all campers. Two-week price includes weekend housing and all weekend meals.
We cannot accommodate campers who wish to arrive before camp begins July 4th or stay over after camp ends on July 24th. There is an additional charge of $50 per day (includes room, board and supervision) for arriving early or staying late between sessions. Advance reservations are required. If arriving by commercial bus or airplane, we will pick up campers at the Asheville Airport or the Asheville Bus Station ONLY. Transportation schedules must be emailed to camp prior to June 25, 2010.
